In the unlikely event that your product is faulty or breaks we offer a 1 year limited global warranty for you.

ESSENTIAL TRAVEL KIT LIMITED provides a 1-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects, which is valid from the date of purchase. If you find such a defect within the warranty period, let us know by emailing support@essentialtravelkit.com.

 

We will repair or replace the product at its own discretion and free of charge. Please be aware -  for your warranty claim to be valid, you must be able to show a proof of purchase in the form of a warranty certificate. Warranty certificates are automatically generated upon completion of purchase and registering the product. Any faulty item must be returned to us before a replacement item will be sent. Postage costs may be applicable for returned items.

Important: the warranty does not cover damage caused by any of the following: incorrect use, negligence, carelessness, scratches, tearing, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acid or water, normal wear, damage by normal use or lost / stolen items.
